The game shall be played by two teams of six (4) players, one of which shall be the goalkeeper.

The minimum number of players required to begin a game shall be 4 players. A team must begin if at least 4 players are present.

Players are not allowed to challenge every call a referee makes. If the player is not behaving accordingly, the Intramural Supervisor has the right to remove the player from the game.

Teams must consist of 4 players,. Four players are required to avoid a forfeit. Co-Rec teams will consist of 2 males and 2 females.

Games will consist of two 20-minute halves with a 5 minute break at half-time if time allows.

A team will be allowed additional 7 minutes after the scheduled time. On every minute the team is late, the opposing team that is present will receive 1 goal per minute. (Example, if a team is late 2 minutes, the game will start 2-0).

Mercy Rule: If a team is winning by 8 or more goals at the start or anytime in the 2^nd half, the game shall be called over.

Any new rule or rule modification may be implemented during the season by the Intramural Sports Coordinator who will inform team managers by email or memo of additions, clarifications, or changes.
