Red Sun Rising announce hiatus

Akron rock quartet Red Sun Rising announced Friday that they are going on an “indefinite hiatus.” The band, whose third studio effort Peel was released on March 22, 2019, made the announcement via Facebook.
The Facebook alert, posted at 11:30 CST, reads:
“To all our beloved fans,
Red Sun rising will officially be entering into an indefinite hiatus. We will be forever grateful for all of your love and support throughout the years. Thank you for making RSR an unforgettable chapter in our lives. Please continue to follow us individually for updates on our newest projects. We hope to move forward with all of you into the next phase of our careers.

Red Sun Rising is best known for hit singles “Emotionless” and “The Otherside.” They’ve released two studio albums, Thread (2018) and Polyester Zeal (2015).
