Congratulations to the winners of the 2012 NEIU Talent Show produced by the Office of Cultural events and sponsored by Beck’s Book Store. First Place went to Bianca Lisa Araujo, who performed a moving rendition of La Malagueña. Michelle Cross placed second for writing and performing an original piece called B-U-L-L-Y. She was also received the Most Unusual Award. Third place went to Jeraun Pearson who performed an originally choreographed dance combining the elements of mime, hip hop and modern dance. Honorable mention went to Miguel Long, who, alongside two back-up singers, performed The Temptations’ My Girl.
