1 Can of whole water chestnuts
8oz Barbeque sauce [I recommend Sweet Baby Ray’s]
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
Cut the bacon into thirds and set the oven to broil. While the oven is heating up, wrap the water chestnuts in the bacon and use the toothpicks to hold them together. Once finished, put them in an oven-safe glass dish. Cover with barbeque sauce and brown sugar. Mix everything together making sure all the wrapped chestnuts are covered. Place the dish in the middle rack of the oven. Cook for 10-15 minutes, turning them occasionally to prevent overcooking of one side. Once they are finished, take them out of the oven and enjoy.
